4. Supported Carriers

Our Service is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. However, delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier restrictions or technical limitations.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our messaging Service for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Sending content that is misleading, inappropriate, or offensive

  • Impersonating others

  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or carrier guidelines

  • Attempting to hack, disable, or interfere with the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violating these Terms.

6. Program Description

Our SMS program is used for:

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and product announcements

  • Transactional notifications (e.g., order confirmations or updates)

  • Customer service messages

  • Feedback or review requests

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenfield Investments LLC and its affiliates, employees, or service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions

  • Errors, delays, or failures in message delivery

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us, whichever is greater.

Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or permanently discontinue the Service (or your access to it) at any time, with or without notice. You may also terminate your participation at any time by opting out.

Upon termination, these Terms shall continue to apply to any prior use of the Service.
